Director.

Gauri has successfully harnessed key managerial qualities through her work experiences and networking. She possesses a flair over planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling. Likewise, she possesses key soft skills.

Gauri is an excellent communicator and a great listener. She is the key to smooth communication between various functions of the company. Gauri believes in transparency because she knows that to gain trust and respect, it is crucial.

Gauri believes in consistency and reliability and never fails to appreciate and encourage teamwork. She is empathetic towards team and recognizes their contributions. She believes in adapting to situations and her willingness to change is a key quality. She is known for making quick and correct decisions.

Gauri has a decade long experience in the supply chain management team of Air India. She had a pivotal role to manage aircraft and inflight purchase. She managed projects which involved coordinated delivery of raw materials, manufacturing of products and logistics. She accomplished this task diligently by viewing supply chain through customers’ eyes. This is due to her intrinsic philosophy, “customer experience lives and die in the supply chain.” She has been awarded accolades and recognition for her dedicated contribution to increasing efficiency and reducing cost.

In today’s world; technology is a tool. The focus has to be on what lies ahead and to some extent predict and make certain decisions with the support of data sciences and analytics. Gauri has a thorough understanding of market dynamics and has the ability to drive innovation and get the best from her team. She is eager to set goals that act as a driving force.
